We want you to love your KREWE frames, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all full-price eyewear within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Frames
Carefully place your eyewear, case, and cleaning cloth back into the original shipping box and securely attach the return label to the exterior.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
